Grey’s Anatomy Season 3

Some guest characters from series were promoted as regulars with the start of season 3. Season opens with barkeeper Joe providing a quick run-down of the events of the previous two seasons. Meredith finds herself in between two lovers Derek Shepherd and Dr. Finn Dandridge. Just because of the re-appearance of their daughter, Derek and his wife’s relation is made even more. Christina is okay with her current affair with Preston Burke. Izzie decides to give up her profession after the death of her beloved heart patient but changes her mind when Denny Duquette Memorial clinic is established. Richard Weber announces his retirement so a tough competition begins amongst Derek, Burke, Addison and Mark to take his place. As the season came to a close, Burke called off his wedding to Christina. Callie becomes the Chief Resident and Richard Weber remains on his position. Season left some cliffhangers as such Derek- Meredith relationship and Callie-George-Izzie triangle.
